What We Offer

There are only twenty parcels available on Mimbres Mountain Ranch ranging from 42+ acres to over 148 acres and each is distinct in its own way.  Some offer 360 degree views, some offer more specific views of spectacular landmarks, while others offer more intimate views of the immediate area.


As part of a working cattle ranch, the real estate is premium wildlife habitat.  When you purchase a piece of it, you may lease it back to the rancher and not only make a few bucks, but save a few as well by enjoying agricultural tax status on the land which is about ten cents on the dollar compared to residential tax status on the entire parcel.  This system not only saves you money, it maintains the open feel of the ranch.  

Pricing for each parcel is also distinct, based on the location within the ranch, terrain, accessibility and features.  There are a few parcels that do not have electricity to the property line, therefore are at a lower price point, however these parcels present the perfect opportunity for anyone who is a solar enthusiast and wants to live "off the grid".   No other offering in the area offers this kind of privacy, improvements and beauty at such low prices.  Some owner financing is also available.  Please contact us for more information!

There is underground electricity and high speed DSL along the access road, providing service to all but two parcels.  

Access roads are graveled and maintained bi-annualy.
